Within the framework of the Centre, the structures organised in accordance
with the CII Charter Article 5.9 shall act:
- International Science Academy (ISA) shall include: exact sciences,
social sciences, natural sciences, achievements of the sci-entific progress;
totality of human knowledge about the nature; direction of the development of
society and thinking developed by opening and studies of objective laws and
phenomena.
Academicians (full members) or colleagues of academicians
(as-sociated members) can be members of the Academy.
Academicians and academician colleagues shall be elected at the
Academy Conference of a basis of recommendations of the Academy members.
(Prominent representatives of the World shall be elected to the Academy. The
due ratio shall be 1 representative for every million of people).
- World Information Distributed University (WIDU) shall function to
train doctors and grand doctors of philosophy and professors, to prepare the
World database of educational and training programs and the expertise of the
authors training programs to be used in the higher and post-higher education
system.
Grand Doctor of Philosophy (Grand Ph.D.) is a new degree. Grand
Ph.D. degree is awarded to the doctors (Ph.D.) who have written more than one
hundred scientific papers, published three or more monographs and participated
in the preparation of 10 - 20 Ph.D. in their field of expertise.
- World Distributed University (WDU) shall function to provide the
second higher education and to assign the Master of Sciences (M.S.) degree.
- Information Centre (IC) shall function to create unified
information space and develop non-formal links between promi-nent figures of
the world.
- European Association of Universities and Higher Schools (EAUHS)
shall ensure the creation of European basic training and education programs
used in university and postgraduate training of Ph.D. and Grand Ph.D.
- Association of International Higher Attestation Committees and
Commissions (AIHACC) shall function to consider and assign scientific
degrees for specific specialities.
- "Science, Education, Culture (SEC)" World Order is founded to award
to members of the Centre diplomas, international prizes, medals and orders for
their merits.
