On Organisation of Work to Create the European Association of University and
Higher Schools
- The Association shall be created to organise the interaction between
Universities with European Community structures and transnational companies to
train and engage highly qualified experts in information technologies, other
activities and society and European Community development on a basis of
agreements.
- The best Universities of countries of eastern Europe shall participate in
the Association.
- The World Distribution University departments shall be opened at the
Universities that have expressed the desire to take part in the work of the
Association to provide M.S. diplomas along with State university diplomas. WDU
departments shall be headed by rectors of Universities or duly authorised
their representatives.
- WDU departments at Universities shall engage professor staff from
University teachers to assign them Ph.D., Grand Ph.D. and WDU Prof. degrees
(10-20 people).
- The professor and student attestation requirements shall be in conformity
with requirements of US and European Universities (Harvard, Yell, Lausanne,
Cambridge, Gent Universities etc.), with the credits provided by the WDU
trustee council.
- The Association shall be a European structure and its work forms shall be
determined by Belgian laws (entry and annual fees, publication of participants
(legal entities and individuals) in the governmental bulletin, availability of
real estate, availability of computers and motor vehicles, administration
(personnel) for every day work in Brussels).
- Entrance and annual fees of Universities shall be assessed based on the
cost of the annual (commercial) education of foreign students. The entrance
fee shall be calculated based on the education costs of 2-4 students, the
annual fees - based on the education costs of 1-2 students.
- The Association shall transfer 10-15% of the total annual turnover for
administrative expenses in CII in Brussels.
